Terms of Use

Effective August 4, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Dinky, provided by Justin Willemsen. By downloading or using Dinky, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

License and acceptable use

Dinky is licensed, not sold, for your personal and lawful use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits it.

Not veterinary advice

Dinky is an organizational tool and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance. App records and reminders do not replace professional care.

Contact a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions and an emergency veterinary provider for urgent symptoms.

Reminders and record accuracy

You are responsible for entering accurate information, verifying due dates and medication instructions, and confirming all care with the appropriate professional. Notifications can be delayed or suppressed by device settings and are not guaranteed.

Subscriptions and your data

Dinky requires a paid auto-renewing subscription to use the app. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through your Apple ID under Apple’s rules.

You are responsible for maintaining any backup or separate veterinary record you consider necessary.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Dinky is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Justin Willemsen will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from missed reminders, incorrect records, lost data, unavailable features, or care decisions.

Apple terms, changes, and contact

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. We may update these terms when Dinky or applicable requirements change. Questions can be sent to support@jstnwll.com.
