Pre-release information

House Tempo is not currently available on the App Store. Screens, features, compatibility, availability, subscription pricing, and release timing shown on this site may change before launch.

License and acceptable use

When released, House Tempo will be licensed, not sold, for personal and lawful use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits it.

Required subscription and Apple billing

A paid auto-renewing subscription is required to use House Tempo. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices, trial availability, and included features will be shown in the app and may change as permitted by Apple’s rules and applicable law. Refunds are handled by Apple except where the law requires otherwise.

General maintenance guidance and safety

Recommendations, schedules, and instructions are general educational and organizational information. They do not replace professional inspection, repair, safety advice, manufacturer instructions, building codes, or legal requirements.

Do not perform work beyond your training. Use qualified professionals for hazardous, regulated, structural, electrical, gas, fire-safety, or other specialized tasks.

Plan accuracy and your responsibility

House Tempo creates recommendations from the information you provide. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate and for deciding which recommendations, dates, instructions, and recurring schedules apply to your property, climate, equipment, manufacturer requirements, and circumstances.

Notifications may be delayed or suppressed by device settings and are not guaranteed. Verify safety-critical, warranty, inspection, and regulatory deadlines independently.

Your records, notes, and costs

You are responsible for the tasks, completion history, notes, and cost information you add and for maintaining any separate backup or official record you consider necessary. House Tempo is not an accounting, insurance, warranty, or property-disclosure system.

Availability and changes

We may update, add, change, or discontinue recommendations, instructions, schedules, subscription features, or other parts of House Tempo. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available on every device or operating-system version.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, House Tempo will be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Justin Willemsen will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from missed tasks, inaccurate guidance, property damage, injury, lost data, recorded costs, or unavailable features. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Apple Standard EULA

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement will also apply to House Tempo. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the applicable App Store terms control.
