Terms of Use

License and acceptable use

LP Addict is licensed, not sold, for your personal and lawful use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Subscriptions and purchases

LP Addict requires a paid auto-renewing subscription to use the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices, trial availability, and included features are shown in the app and may change as permitted by Apple’s rules and applicable law. Refunds are handled by Apple except where the law requires otherwise.

Your collection data

You are responsible for the information you add to LP Addict and for maintaining any backup or synchronized copy you consider necessary. You should review imported metadata and release matches before relying on them.

Discogs and third-party services

LP Addict relies on Discogs for catalog metadata, artwork, barcode results, release information, and optional account synchronization. Discogs is an independent service with its own terms and privacy practices.

Third-party services may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue access. Features that depend on them may become incomplete or unavailable, and uninterrupted synchronization cannot be guaranteed.

Metadata and intellectual property

Album artwork, artist names, release information, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and collection-management purposes. LP Addict and its original design, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and changes

We may update, add, change, or discontinue features to improve LP Addict, respond to platform requirements, or account for changes in third-party services. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available on every device or operating-system version.

Disclaimer

LP Addict is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that metadata, barcode matches, release information, recommendations, synchronization, or other app content will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justin Willemsen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, collection records, profits, or use arising from LP Addict. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use LP Addict. Your license ends if you materially violate them. You may stop using the app at any time by canceling any subscription and deleting the app.

Apple standard EULA

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to LP Addict. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the applicable App Store terms control.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when LP Addict or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@jstnwll.com.
