Trip and mileage information

Mile Pilot stores routes, coordinates, dates, times, distances, classifications, purposes, notes, deduction estimates, and saved places that you create or record.

We do not operate a Mile Pilot account system and do not collect your trip history on servers controlled by us.

Location and motion permissions

Location access is used to record GPS routes and calculate mileage when you start or use trip-recording features. Motion information may be processed on device to support trip behavior where available.

Your route history remains on your device. You can change permissions in iOS Settings, although disabling them may prevent trip recording from working.

Maps, reports, and files

Map displays use Apple services, which may receive technical information required to deliver map tiles and related functionality under Apple’s privacy terms.

Reports and exported files are created only when you request them. You control where those files are saved or shared.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive payment card details. Purchase-history information that is not linked to your identity may be processed to verify access and understand subscription performance.

Deletion, changes, and contact

You can delete individual trips and saved places in Mile Pilot. Removing the app deletes information stored only on that device.
