Information you add to Milestone

Milestone stores the event names, dates, categories, milestones, reminder settings, and other details you choose to add so it can calculate elapsed time and countdowns.

We do not operate a Milestone account system and do not collect your event history on servers controlled by us.

On-device storage and iCloud

Milestone works offline and stores event data on your device. If you enable Premium iCloud sync, Apple stores synchronized data in your private iCloud container under your Apple ID. We do not have access to that private container.

Notifications, widgets, and sharing

Notification permission is used only for reminders and milestone alerts you configure. Widgets display counters you choose through Apple’s widget system.

Share cards are created only when you request them. You control whether and where a card is shared.

Purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive payment card details. Purchase-history information that is not linked to your identity may be processed to verify Premium access and understand subscription performance.

Deletion, changes, and contact

You can delete events within Milestone. Removing the app deletes data stored only on that device; iCloud data is controlled through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
