License and acceptable use

Milestone is licensed, not sold, for your personal and lawful use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Counters, reminders, and milestones

Date calculations, reminders, widgets, and milestone alerts are organizational aids. Delivery and display can be affected by device settings, time-zone changes, system scheduling, or operating-system limitations.

You are responsible for verifying dates and should not rely on Milestone for emergency, medical, legal, or other time-critical obligations.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require an auto-renewing subscription. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through your Apple ID under Apple’s rules.

Your data and availability

You are responsible for the event information you add and for maintaining any backup you consider necessary. iCloud sync and notifications depend on Apple services and cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Milestone is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Justin Willemsen will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from missed reminders, incorrect dates, lost data, or unavailable features.

Apple terms, changes, and contact
