License and acceptable use

Movie Addict is licensed, not sold, for your personal and lawful use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits it.

Your collection data

You are responsible for the formats, tags, ratings, notes, and other information you add and for maintaining any backup you consider necessary.

Movie metadata and artwork

Movie details, artwork, cast and crew information, release data, and recommendations may come from independent third-party services. Accuracy, completeness, availability, and continued access are not guaranteed.

Third-party names, trademarks, artwork, and content remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and collection-management purposes.

Availability and changes

Movie Addict is currently offered without a subscription. Features, metadata sources, and availability may change, and third-party services may limit or discontinue access.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Movie Addict is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Justin Willemsen will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from inaccurate metadata, lost collection records, unavailable artwork, recommendations, or discontinued features.

Apple terms, changes, and contact

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. We may update these terms when Movie Addict or applicable requirements change. Questions can be sent to support@jstnwll.com.
